Gracie has been home for 2 months now. We are all still adjusting to our new lives. We love her so much and she seems to be very happy and comfortable with all of us now. We are glad to be familiar now with Gracie's personality, likes & dislikes, and overall happy disposition. Isaac and Gracie are the best of friends. And like best friends they often have power struggles. They are both very strong willed, and can hold their own. We are very glad for that character trait in both of them, but at age 2, it is a hard character trait for the rest of us to live with. This strong will usually comes out in a high pitched scream! We are trying to get both Gracie and Isaac to "talk, PLEASE!" Besides our names, Gracie is using about a dozen English words consistantly and otherwise chattering away in some sort of mixed Mandrin/English/Babytalk which frustrates her that we all don't know it.
Gracie and Isaac seem to be on a mission to destroy everyroom in the house. We've invested in kiddie door handles for every door in the house to keep these two cuties out of bedrooms and bathrooms especially. You would think that with 5 other people in the house, we could keep up with these 2 toddlers, but they are super fast and we all have to stay on our toes to keep up with them. Often even being on our toes we still can't controll them. And other times we are just plain to tired to be on our toes! Good thing these two are so cute and funny.
Nichole and Erik come to visit often and just think their two littlest siblings are soooo darling. They just can't get enough of them and the feeling is mutual.

Looks like Gracie is growing like a week. She looks more grown up and it's only been a couple of months. She's a doll.
